Nestled in the pines and dotting the shoreline, our housekeeping cabins will accommodate two-to-seven people. Apart from the Bear Hunter and "Route 6" cabins, all other cabins are equipped with full kitchen and cooking facilities, and bathrooms with hot showers.
Two of the cabins, West Grand and St. Croix, sleep six and seven, respectively, and are rustic log cabins with fieldstone fireplaces and woodstoves, and a porch that overlooks the lake.
The Machais sleeps 2, full kitchen, bathroom with hot shower, woodstove, and screened porch.
The Pleasant Pines and Bear Hunter Cabins each sleep up to 5. Pleasant Pines has a bathroom with hot shower, full kitchen, gas heater, and screened porch. The Bear Hunter is a dry cabin.
The East Wing sleeps up to 4 and offers complete housekeeping, one bedroom, bath, fieldstone fireplace, and porch. It is attached to the Main Lodge and because of our battery bank, has power all the time.
All cabins with cooking facilities are supplied with cooking utensils.
Bed linens, pillows, and bath towels are not provided.
Although we are nestled in the wilderness of Maine, we do offer electricity; albeit in a limited capacity. We have a generator that we run from 7:00 am to 8:30 am and 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. In addition, gas lights are standard in every cabin which provide light and ambience.
